In Hand = Available + In Process + On Hold + Damaged + Buffer


Definitions:

In Hand refers to the total number of all the stocks of a certain SKU in the locations, it is the sum of the quantities of the available, in process, buffer, on hold and damaged inventories.



Damaged are the inventory that cannot be used and sold.


On Hold are for the items reserved or blocked if the other item in the same order is not available.


Buffer is used to reserve the stock which will not be shown as available.


Threshold works as a low stock reminder and is not counted in inhand stock.


Available are the total quantities that are available to be sold.


In Process are the stocks for the orders currently being picked and packed.


Shipped shows number of stocks used for the orders which are out for delivery. Shipped stocks are not counted in inhand.


Sold shows the stock quantity which have been sold and are not counted in inhand.
