When all the inventories for order are made available, the order moves to New state.

When a first time product is fetched for new marketplace integration, will product images also be fetched from marketplaces?
Yes, we are also fetching it, in case there will be an issue, we need to see if the data that we received from the marketplace is invalid.

Does the update run every day?
Yes, the file transfer protocol (FTP) update runs on a daily basis, the trigger time is usually at 7:30 AM Philippine Standard Time.

How long does it take to update per brand?
We try to maintain it in real time within a few minutes but it could also depend on several factors such as the number of SKUs per  location, etc.

Is the update happening to all the marketplaces/ webstores at the same time?
Yes, all the  locations for the same brands are synched at the same time, and then a consolidated list goes to the marketplaces.

Does the inventory update on Omnirio Platform to Shopify run every day as well?
Yes, as soon as the inventory is pushed from JDA to Omnirio Platform, we push it to Shopify immediately.
